4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance
Last-minute cancellations may incur a charge
Rescheduling is allowed based on technician availability and must be confirmed by our team

5. Warranties & Liability

We provide limited warranties for certain services, as specified at the time of booking
Sazzell shall not be liable for indirect damages, delays due to third parties, or issues arising from pre-existing faults or misuse
Clients are responsible for safeguarding valuable items during service appointments

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, visuals, and service descriptions are the property of Sazzell Building Materials and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without permission.
